Some people may find eating that many vegetables difficult, but it can be easily accomplished with a quick glass of vegetable juice every morning.

Juicing is an easy way to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables.

Juicing is an incredibly effective way to cleanse the body, especially green juices! Green juices contain high levels of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is one of the best things that you can put into your body. Chlorophyll is amazing for increasing oxygenation in your body, more oxygen equals more energy for you.

It has a lot of vitamin and Mineral Power!

No recipe only freestyle and use what you have in your fridge, just do it go green.

My tip: Use ginger if you like the taste. Makes the juice more spicy and fresh. Also ginger is really good for you. I am trying to use ginger every day.
