Its easy to make and it has an amazing taste of summer.
Cut the Rhubarb in 5 cm long pieces leave the skin on (its what makes the color) , I also added 1 apple, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and a bit ginger with 3 liters of water. Boil it about 20 minutes. Remember take of the foam.
After boil it, strain through a colander.
Add some sugar or sweeter. How much… !! it depends how sweet you like it.
Boil for 10 min more. Remember to take away the foam when you are boiling it.
Put it in a bottles and serve it cold.
