150 -200 grams Dates
1 dl Oatmeal (havregryn) (almost 1 cup )
4 table spoons raw cocoa
4 table spoons strong coffee
4 table spoons Coconut oil (virgin)
(If you want put a spoon of Lecithin and activated Barley inside )
Put everything in a mixer and mix it together.
Make the balls with your hands and roll them in coconut flakes
Peep them in the fridge.
