The summer is done and the fresh autumn air is coming. The forest is the perfect free gym. Use what you find there and you body to get strong.
To run in the forest are better for you knees and also you balance.
As you can see her I used rocks and trees to train normal exercise that you can also do inside but its free and ( still) better air outside.
I hope this will give you a bit motivation to get outside and try to find out how yo can do your exercises outside.
On this picture I´m using the nature to run and jump over things. the forest is the best place to do Plyometrics traning.
