Push-up using a rock.
Start with a flat body, if your legs are higher then the body the exercise will be harder . Put you leg up and then go slowly down with flexing your arms (keep your arms until the body) . Push slowly up again. Do this 10 *3 times.
Arms, back, bottom, stomach , legs
And remember to smile when you do it.. then it will be more easy and fun
